Hello and welcome – we’re so glad you found your way to our site!

In the spring of 2021, I began my beekeeping adventure and soon discovered a passion for working with honey. What started with a few hives has grown into Daisy Bee Naturals, allowing us to share our honey in its natural liquid state, creamed, and combined with high-quality organic and natural ingredients.

Our flavoured honeys are hand-blended in small batches several times a year. This allows us to experiment with unique flavour combinations and create products that we hope will surprise and delight. Most of our honey is raw — unfiltered and unpasteurized.

While Daisy Bee Naturals focuses on honey, our family farm remains an important part of our story. My husband and I operate a farm outside of Shakespeare, Ontario, where we raise certified organic chickens and grow a variety of field crops, fruit and garlic – and, of course, keep bees!

Our hives are tucked away in a peaceful spot, removed from the hustle and bustle of daily farm activities. We regularly inspect our colonies to monitor their health and manage them without antibiotics or synthetic substances. Caring for our bees is at the heart of everything we do.

We’re also proud that 100% of the electricity we use comes from solar energy produced right here on the farm. We choose our packaging with care, favouring options that are recyclable, compostable or biodegradable, or made from renewable resources.

At Daisy Bee, our goal is simple: to create delicious, thoughtfully made products while caring for our bees, our farm and the world around us. We hope you enjoy using our products as much as we enjoy creating them!
