Shipping 

Many of our products have properties that are affected by temperature. Liquid honey can begin to crystalize in cold temperatures and creamed honey can liquefy in warm temperatures. As temperature during shipping is not within our control, we are unable to guarantee the texture of any honey product. 

Orders can be picked up free of charge at Vann’s Fine Bakery, 215 Douro Street in Stratford, Ontario. Please wait for an email confirming your order is ready for pickup. Orders are generally ready for pickup within 48 hours of receipt but are only available during the bakery’s hours of operation. 

Local delivery is available for Shakespeare, Tavistock, New-Hamburg and Stratford, Ontario. A $14 delivery fee applies for each order/address. Delivery is available Monday to Saturday and is usually completed within 48 hours of receipt of order. We do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. If no one is available to receive the order, the package will be left at the delivery address at the risk of the purchaser. Orders made on Sunday will be received as a Monday order.

Privacy Policy

This policy statement has been created to demonstrate our commitment to protecting our customers’ privacy. Your confidence in our policies and practices to protect and safeguard your privacy is very important to us. We do not store your credit card information on our server. This information is erased once the secure transmission of your data to our order processing system is successful. We will not send out promotional emails without receiving your permission. If you change your mind, you can stop receiving promotional emails at any time.

We use your private information strictly to process your order with us and to collect product sales analytics. We do not sell your information or use any third party for advertising or marketing.
